How long does it take from setup to go-live deployment?
A standard deployment takes approximately 4-6 weeks to set up, train, and deploy. Let's connect and we'll help right-size the perfect deployment plan for your organization.

Will Wayble help us if our office needs to close due to weather, emergency, health requirements, or last minute changes?
Yes, you have multiple options to update guests while continuing great customer service. Keep the scheduled appointments by moving in-person meetings to remote service with video, phone, or chatOffer easy rescheduling to guests for a time that works best for them and for you to reassign guest appointments to another service provider or staff.

Can we use our existing video conference solution with Wayble or do we need to manage two video platforms?
Universal Reception is able to integrate with most industry-leading video conferencing solutions such as Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams. If you do not currently have a preferred video provider please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss native and 3rd party solutions video meeting options.

- Auto scheduled appointments to a service provider's or department's availability
- Tentative appointments requiring staff approval
- Standby / walk-in appointments
